The International Summer School on Crystal Growth and Materials for Energy Conversion is focused on the materials research as a key factor in sustainable technologies for energy conversion, storage and savings. A comprehensive series of lectures focused on current materials research and technology development in areas of key importance for energy conversion will be given by recognized senior researchers and professors.
All lectures will be 105 minutes long (including a short break).
The participants of this course will obtain new and deeper knowledge on some of the key trends on crystal growth and materials development for energy conversion and storage. Furthermore, the participants will get the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on the school topics, share their own research and interact with lecturers and peers in related research areas.
M.Sc. students, Ph.D students, junior researchers from both, academia and industry are strongly encouraged to participatein this event to improve their knowledge in the fields of crystal growth andmaterials-based energy conversion and storage.
The 10th International Conference on Advanced Materials, ROCAM 2020 will take place simultaneously with the Summer School, so the students will have the opportunity to have informal discussions with the scientists involved in this area. Also, the students will have access to the plenary and poster sessions. Last, but not least, social events are planned in common with the Conference.
