The Organizers of ROCAM 2015 Conference offer you, the possibility to make hotel reservation at special reduced rates between July 6th and July 11th.

The deadline for hotel reservation is 8 June 2014

The participants who are not registered on the Conference site and do not pay the Conference fee, do not benefit from reduced rates for hotel reservation.

The rates includes full buffett brakfest VAT, free wifi internet, do not includ 1 % City tax. The rates are available only for reservation with the ROCAM 2015 conference. The reservation has to be made until the 8th of June at RIN Grand Hotel. For reservation send an email to the address:

and specify also that the reservation is for ROCAM 2015 from the period 06 -11 July 2015 (or less!).

The Organizing Committee offers you offer the possibility to reserve the accommodation at the University of Bucharest campus. The student accommodation with en-suite rooms are available at the cost of 15 Euro/person/night (50 RON/noapte) based on two peoples share. Please note all prices are inclusive of VAT.
