On-demand taxi services are available at Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport. You may order a taxi car by using the touch screen devices in the public area of the Arrivals Terminal. The automatic machine inform you about the taxi time arrival (usually 5 minutes) and the number of the car, which shall be stoped on the second taxy line in front of the EXIT door.

The passengers get on the taxi-cabs right outside the terminal, on the first floor, by showing to the car driver, the ticket issued by the automatic touch screen.
Recommended companies are Cristaxi, Meridian, Cobalcescu, Speed Taxi, with charges between 1.39 lei/km – 2.50 lei/km.   

Usual prices can be 45-60 lei (i.e. 10-15 EUR) from OTP - Buchrest International Airport to the RIN Grand Hotel, the location of the Conference (Vitan Birzesti zone).

ATTENTION: on the first floor the passengers can find directly (on the first taxi line) the taxi-cabs and the charges vary between 1, 39 lei/km and 3, 50 lei/km. For the prices, look carefully on the door of the taxi-cabs.

Venue to Gaudeamus Student Residence from Airport

The charges vary between 1, 39 lei/km – 3, 50 lei/km.   
The address of the campus is Ana Davila Street No 28 (Gaudeamus student residence). For the taxi driver the entrance to Gaudeamus is on the corner of Carol Davila Park (Parcul Carol Davila). The distance from Otopeni Airport is about 15 km which mean a price between 6-14 Euro (25-60 RON).

For a cheaper way from airport to Gaudeamus student residence:
Bus No 783 from Otopeni Airport (in the front of the terminal) to Piata 21 Decembrie 1989 (21st December 1989 Plaza - name of the bus station, or if you ask at University bus station). From here you can take bus no. 137, 138 or 268 to the Pandurilor road- name of the bus station which is the item no.1 on the picture. After that you have to walk following the map till the item no.2 from the picture which is the entrance. And then just ask at the security person which is the Gaudeamus student residence. 

Venue to Gaudeamus student residence from Bucharest Central Station “North Railway Station” (Gara de Nord)

From the central station you can take the bus no. 123 or Metro till Eroilor Station. From there you can take any buses for 2 stations till Pandurilor road- name of the bus station. After that you have to walk following the map till no.2 from the picture which is the entrance. And then just ask at the security a person which is the Gaudeamus student residence.
