for participants from academic institutions

350 EUR before 30 April 2017 

400 EUR after   30 April 2017

Conference Fee covers:

The Conference Fee does not covers: other meals, travels, accommodation and bank commissions.

We accept only two contributions for a conference fee.

In order to complete a precise and stable conference program, authors having oral accepted contributions have to pay the conference fee before 30 May 2017. If they do not pay before 30 May their presentations risk not beeng included as oral presentations in the program (the presentations could be converted to poster presentations).

Student fee: 200/250 EUR  (please provide the  official letters)

Accompanying person fee: 150/175 EUR

Conference Fee for participants from industry: 400 EUR before 30 April 2017; 450 EUR after  30 April 2017

Industrial Conference Fee covers: Access to all Conference Sections; Conference Programme & Abstract Book; Welcome Party; Dinner Party; Conference lunches.

Special Conference Fee for participants from Romanian Accredited Institutions (Accredited by The Ministry of Education and The Ministry of Research and Innovation). [regular]

Special Conference Fee does covers:

Special Reduced Conference Fee for participants from Romanian Accredited Institutions (Accredited by The Ministry of Education and The Ministry of Research and Innovation).

Special Reduced Conference Fee does not covers: Printed Abstract Book and Dinner Party.

 

Extra Fee:

Dinner party 70 EUR

Extra Fee can be paid by bank transfer or at desk

Participants will send the Conference fee by bank transfer (the bank taxes will be supported by participants) to:
