Format
MS Word is the editing program recommended (not mandatory).
The paper must be edited in the format of the selected journal.
If the Journal Editor recommends an other format (than MS Word), you must include in the Auxiliary File a pdf version of the paper.
Files
Letter to the Editor: A MS Word file which contains all information useful for the editor or for the ROCAM Publishing Committee.
Main File: A MS Word file (or an archive which contains a MS Word file) which contains the full paper, including the figures, tables and references.
Auxiliary File : A optional file (archive), which may contains figures, if the Main file is too big , or if the selected journal recommends separate submission of figures. The Auxiliary File may contains the other file accepted or requested by the Editor.
Limits
Files should not exceed 10M.
The filenames should not exceed 20 characters.
Review procedure
ROCAM Publishing Committee makes only a primary review concerning technical aspects of the manuscript: may reject, with the recommendation to resubmit an other file version.
Then the manuscript will be redirected to the (Guest) Editor, designed by the Editorial Board of the Journal.
The Editor of the selected Journal has the main responsibility concerning the publication.
Submission algorithm
First you must update your contact information (only if needed!).
Next, you must initiate a submission (the server generate a unique code for your
submission).
Next, write the title of the paper and select the journal (mandatory).
In the next step you upload the files.
Finally, you review the submission and make the final decision, concerning the
submission.
In all steps you can modify the content of the submission (correcting the information and resubmitting other versions of files).
After the final decision you can not modify the content of the submission!
