General Guide 

All participants must:

1. to register for participation;
            (and check the options about fee, accommodation, and excursion)

2. to confirm by e-mail your options about accommodation in Student Hostel and excursion; (horia@alpha1.infim.ro)
             (there are a limited number of places!) 

3. to make hotel reservation at GRAFOS TRAVEL AGENCY;

4. to make transit hotel reservation at HOTELNET agency, for Bucharest transit;

5. to make some payment before arrival for hotel accommodation;

6. to inform the Organizing Committee about the entry point, flight or train number, date and time of arrival in Romania (Bucharest or Constanta); (horia@alpha1.infim.ro)

7. to inform the Organizing Committee about the option for Conference Buss;
             (there are a limited number of places!) 

8. to pay the Conference fee.
