PROCEEDINGS

The deadline for submission of manuscript is July 15, 2000.

The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE have extended the deadline for submission of full paper contributions (CD-Proceedings) till Aug 30, 2000. No manuscript received after this date shall be considered for publication.

• All extended papers presented in the ROCAM 2000 conference (plenary, invited, oral and poster) shall be included in the Conference PROCEEDINGS published on CD support.
• SELECTED PAPERS will be published in a special issue of J. of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials, vol. 2, No.5, 2000.
  

Participants, who intend to publish their contribution in the CD Proceedings and in J. of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials, are kindly requested to deliver the paper(s) -according to publishing rules (2 copies, camera ready and an electronic record in MS-Word, format, .rtf or .doc extension on a 3 1/2” floppy disk).

For publication in J. of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials, contributions shall be refered according to the standard of the Journal.

The editor will send every manuscript to two referees and the decision of the Editorial Board regarding the publication will be sent to the corresponding authors.

The Organizing Committee have decided:
1/ The CD-proceedings shall not to be edited, because very few participants have accepted theirs papers to be published in".
